With its four types of cottages called “HOLIDAY CABINS” namely: The Casa Aplaya – beach front cottages; The Casa Dahilig – hillside cottages; The Villa Condesa – hotel-type rooms; and The Villa Maharlika – condominium-type suites, Verde Island Resort provides you the best there is in experiencing a lifestyle of that of the rich and famous.
Villa Condesa is a modern-day insulaes or hotel-type apartments facing the park and the plaza. Villa Condesa has the best view of the islands’ beauty among cottages. It’s taste of modern living in an island paradise.
Casa Aplaya Cottages situated just a stone’s throw to the shoreline. Aplaya in local dialect means very near or on the shore, beach, or coastline. What’s nice about the Casa Aplaya is the distinctive Filipino “Silong” ideal for that mid-afternoon siesta after a hearty lunch.
Casa Dahilig Cottages are situated at the foot of the hillside. Dahilig means hillside or cliff to the natives of the island. Built as double units, each casa has two guest rooms called “Silangan” and “Kanluran” (East and West). The rooms are very spacious and cozy with a foyer veranda giving you a magnificent view of the ocean.
Villa Maharlika are hotel-type suites for guests who wants utmost comfort while spending their holiday.

Verde Island Resort has a naturally elevated pool area. Located at the southern part of the resort, it is access from the active beach area. Two (2) fresh water pools have been constructed for our guest’s enjoyment, the adult pool and the kiddie pool.
The adult pool, shaped like a clover leaf, is accentuated by a tension edge at the eastern side facing the sea. This gives an optical illusion that the pool water over flows into the sea. The circular kiddie pool, is situated in a higher elevation. This pool is meant for the kids’ fun with its numerous bubblers and water spouts.
• The Grand Pavilion
The Grand Pavilion serves as the central hub of the resort where the Front Office is located. It is your first stop as we start your day with a refreshing drink while we prepare your cabin. The 575-square meter Grand Pavilion also houses the restaurant, bar, and the souvenir shop.
• The Restaurant and Bar
The restaurant and bar serves succulent and luscious creations of international dishes and Filipino cuisine that will satisfy the most discriminating taste. The restaurant also specializes on the Pastor family’s traditional and flavorful recipes that will surely keep your taste buds wanting for more. And what could be the best way of ending a day full of activity than getting a genuine feel of a beach luau. The Comida provides an extensive selection of fresh ingredients for night grilling of your favorite seafood and meat items that can go along well with your choice of our finest wines and drinks from the bar The bar, which is also part of the restaurant, serves popular drinks, wines, and cocktails. It is a good place to enjoy the night and meet new friends.
