Our Resort has a wide variety of breaks nearby with Badoc point a fast clean wave, best at 4 to 6 feet, turtle head has a right that break over shallow reef, ideal at 5 to 8 foot. The left is a very consistent fun hallow wave with plenty of time to get slotted or heat the lip. We know of several other breaks in the area and are happy to help you explore them. The surf here has two noticeably better periods: Late October-Early March; Late June-Early September. The Island is located about a kilometer off shore from the small town of Badoc itself and is private property. By road you are several hours north of San Fernando and La Union. Although the coastal road is scenic and has various small towns, well worth stopping off at for a break. Places such as Bandar, Candan and Narvacan. You will also pass through Vigan which is another surf spot just south of Badoc. Bus services run north from San Fernando or of course you can hire a private car or van.
